If you have never accessed your account online before, you will need to set yourself up through the website first using your Member Number and PIN. These details would have been provided to you when you joined.

  • The app is available through:

    - Apple Store

    - Google Play

  • Only members who have a super account, TTR or pension account with REI Super can access the app. Not a member? Anyone can join. Click here to join online

  • The app uses:

    - A secure 4-digit device PIN, set up after you have entered your current website login credentials
    - An additional layer of security as it’s capable of enabling biometric authentication.
    - Access to the app expires after 90 days of inactivity, after which you will need to re-enter your REI Super website credentials to access your account through the app.

  • If accessing the app for the first time you will need use the same login details you use when accessing your account through the website. These include:

    - Member Number
    - PIN/Password

  • If you forget your PIN, you will need to log out of the app and log back in using your website login credentials. Click here to reset your PIN/Password.

  • Once you have logged into the app for the first time, you will be prompted to set up a 4-digit PIN/Biometric Authentication. Once the 4-digit device PIN/Biometric Authentication has been set up, you can log in using this method.

    If you forget your PIN or if you have not accessed the app after 90 days, you will need to re-enter your REI Super website login credentials to access your account through the app. You will be asked to re-set a 4-digit PIN/Biometric Authentication.

  • The app supports the latest operating version along with all future version. These are currently:

    - iOS 10 and above (typically iPhone 6 and later models)

    - Android N and above

  • The App allows you to complete all the same transactions that you can currently do on the website:

    - Update personal details 

    - Check and change investment options, tax rate

    - Update non-binding beneficiaries

    - Update communication preferences

    - View statements

    - View and update your current insurance cover or cancel insurance cover (super members only)

    - Change your withdrawal strategy (pension members only)

    - Find lost and other super

    - Consolidate super into your REI Super account
