The Trustee Office has a management team of experienced superannuation and finance professionals who run the Fund and assist our Members.

 

Jarrod Coysh, Chief Executive Officer

Jarrod Coysh, Chief Executive Officer

Jarrod Coysh is the Chief Executive Officer of REI Super and has overall responsibility for the funds operations, with a strong focus on maximising members retirement outcomes.  Jarrod has more than 20 years’ experience in financial services, having held senior roles at ANZ, Nab, Westpac and Cbus. He also has a strong strategy background having been a principal at the Boston Consulting Group and has been tasked with leading the fund through its next important growth phase. Jarrod holds an MBA from the Melbourne Business School, a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne and is a qualified company director. Jarrod was appointed as the Chief Executive in July 2019.

Angelos Siapkas, Chief Investment Officer 

Angelos Siapkas is the Chief Investment Officer and a qualified actuary with particular expertise within the superannuation and investments industries. Angelos is a Fellow (FIAA) of the Institute of Actuaries of Australia, and a Senior Fellow (SFFin) of Finsia (Financial Services Institute of Australasia). Angelos holds a GradDipAppFin & Inv from Securities Institute of Australia, an AdvDipFS (Superannuation) from Association of Superannuation Funds of Australia, BSc from Monash University, DipEd from Monash University, and DipOpsRes from Monash University. Angelos has over 25 years' experience and in the wealth management, superannuation and investments industries. Angelos joined REI Super in March 2015.

Andrew Tait, Group Executive - Marketing and Growth

Andrew Tait, Chief Operating & Growth Officer

Andrew Tait is Chief Operating & Growth Officer at REI Super and has responsibility for marketing, communications, brand, business development, relationship management, financial advice, data analytics, commercial development and growth to maximise members’ retirement outcomes. Andrew has more than 30 years’ experience in financial services, having held senior roles at Nab, ANZ, Westpac and Cbus. Andrew holds an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management, a Bachelor of Economics from Monash University, a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Melbourne, is CPA qualified and is a Fellow of FINSIA. Andrew joined REI Super in September 2019.

Michelle Boucher, Chief Member Officer

Michelle Boucher is the Chief Member Officer for REI Super with extensive experience in the superannuation industry. Michelle has held several roles in the superannuation industry, including Deputy Chief Executive Officer at First Super, where she led business development, marketing, communications and administration and also held several executive positions at Cbus. Michelle has a Master’s degree in Organisational Leadership from the University of Melbourne, a Commerce degree from Deakin University and is a qualified company director. Michelle joined REI Super in August 2025.

Hayley Pope

Hayley Pope, General Counsel and Chief Risk Officer

Hayley is the General Counsel and Chief Risk Officer at REI Super, with extensive experience across superannuation, risk management, governance and regulatory compliance. As General Counsel and Chief Risk Officer, Hayley supports the Trustee and Executive team with strategic legal advice and oversight of the Fund’s risk and compliance frameworks, helping to protect members’ best financial interests. Hayley joined REI Super following senior governance and legal roles across the superannuation and financial services sector, most recently as Executive Manager, Governance at First Super. She holds a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws from Deakin University. Hayley was appointed General Counsel and Chief Risk Officer in April 2026.
