Sharlene has worked in various parts of the finance industry for almost 25 years, always in client-facing roles. Sharlene holds certificates in Financial Services and Training and Assessment. 

She is an experienced workplace presenter and enjoys nothing more than delivering sessions to members on how they can have a more dignified retirement. 

Her extra-curricular activities have included five years on the Women in Super, Mother’s Day Classic Committee.

Outside of super, Sharlene likes to read, practice yoga and finding new places to have yummy weekend brekkies.

Melanie Brett

Business Development Manager | QLD

Melanie has been in the Financial Services industry for over 30 years. Her knowledge and experience cover, superannuation, insurance and wealth management. She holds a Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning), and in 2016 she successfully completed the Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning with Pinnacle Financial Services academy.

Prior to moving to Australia, Melanie worked in New Zealand in banking and as a financial adviser. When New Zealand first introduced Superannuation in 2007, Melanie would meet her business clients and talk to their employees' about the benefits of superannuation. 

Melanie is a confident and experienced presenter who has spoken at conferences around Australia and in Singapore.  

As someone who enjoys the great outdoors, she loves nothing more than skiing in winter and water-skiing in summer with her family.
