REI Super is one of the very few super funds with directors who are directly elected by members of the Fund. There are ten Directors of REI Super’s Trustee company. Seven are appointed by the members of the Fund and three are Independent Directors, one of whom is also an Independent Chairperson. The Board is currently in the process of identifying and appointing our third independent director over the next few months.
We are also currently inviting members of REI Super to nominate candidates for three positions of Member Elected Director on the Trustee Board which will become vacant on 30 September 2017.
