So when you next log into your super account you’ll see some new changes including a brand-new dashboard that is optimised for web, mobile and tablet, so that you really can access your account on any device 24/7.
Here’s what you can do online:
- Find and combine your old super accounts - and roll them over into your REI Super account * .
- Nominate non-binding beneficiaries - so we know who you would like your benefit payments paid to. Find out the difference between binding and non-binding beneficiaries.
- Apply or adjust your insurance cover – keeping you and your family safe (insurance only available for super members).
- Switch investment options – to either grow your super or reduce your risk. Speak with a financial adviser first or contact our Helpline before you switch.
- Retirement income simulator – Want to know how long your savings will last in retirement? Find out with our new Retirement income simulator and see how much a difference extra contributions could make to your retirement savings.
- Pension members – you can vary your pension payments and make lump sum withdrawals.
Improved security
Protecting your data is important, so we’ve added an extra security feature known as Multi Factor Authentication (MFA). You may already be using MFA when you access online banking, or other online accounts.
MFA combines your username and password with a temporary numeric code sent to you to confirm your identity and to keep your information safe and secure. When you login, we will walk you through the process. It’s quick, simple and should take no longer than 2 minutes to set up. Our Helpline is available if you need any help: 1300 13 44 33.
